The Sullivan County Rural Health Network is a collaborative group of organizations who work together to address the health needs of our community.
The purpose of the Rural Health Network is to coordinate health and human services with our community partners, to work together to leverage limited resources, and to ensure an effective and efficient service delivery system to improve health outcomes in Sullivan County.
2019-2020 Rural Health Network Workplan Objectives:
- Improve health disparities for all underrepresented communities
- Reduce maternal opioid and substance use
- Increase access to dental services for all residents
Sullivan County Public Health Services is the lead organization for the Sullivan County Rural Health Network, which is funded by a grant from the New York State Department of Health, Charles D. Cook Office of Rural Health.
